The Road Commissioner Board meets every other Tuesday at 8:00AM. Meetings are held at the Tri-Town Fire Hall, 1508 West 11th Street Mio, MI 48647.
Each meeting will follow a published Agenda prepared by the Manager. If a public member has an issue requiring a decision from the Board, they must be on the agenda. To GET ON THE AGENDA, the subject of the presentation and as much supporting data as is feasible to allow the Board Members to make an informed decision must be presented to the Manager five (5) working days before the desired meeting date.
Comments or questions from the public will be allowed only in the agenda’s two (2) PUBLIC COMMENTS sections.
During the Public Comment Section of the Agenda, those wishing to make comments will be allowed three (3) minutes after being recognized by the Chair.
